For dental practices
Every call books a patient.
Callra answers while your team is chairside. It books, moves and cancels appointments with the right dentist, gives a patient in pain the soonest slot, and never gives clinical advice.
From $70 a month. Free to sign up and set up.
— One call, start to finish
A toothache, booked in 52 seconds.
A patient calls on a Tuesday morning while every chair is busy.

— Just as important
What it will never do.
Callra books appointments. It doesn't practise dentistry, and it's built so it can't drift into it.
Give clinical advice
No diagnoses, no medication tips, no reassurance about symptoms. It books, or it points to urgent care.
Book an emergency as routine
If it sounds like an emergency, the patient is told where to go now, with your local emergency number.
Keep clinical records
A name, a phone number, a time and a short note your team adds. There is no field for anything clinical.
Pretend to be a person
Asked directly, it always says it's an AI. It can say so in the greeting, too.

The questions practice owners ask.
Straight answers about pain, emergencies, records and price.
It offers the soonest suitable appointment you have, rather than the next routine opening. If what the caller describes sounds like an emergency, it does not book at all: it tells them where to get urgent care, including your local emergency number. It never gives clinical advice.
Callra books appointments only. It stores a patient name, a phone number, the appointment time and any short note your team adds, and it has no field for clinical information. Whether that meets your obligations is for your practice to decide; we are happy to walk through exactly what is stored before you sign up.
Not today. Callra keeps its own diary, which the phone agent and the Callra app both book into, and it does not sync with other practice systems. If you plan to run another system alongside it, ask us how other practices handle that before you switch.
Yes. Each dentist has their own hours, time off and the treatments they do, and the agent only offers times that fit all three. Each dentist can see their own day in the app, and reception can see everyone's.
Yes, if they ask, always. You can also have it say so in the greeting, along with a call-recording notice. Asked for a person, it transfers the call to your number.
Three plans: Solo at $70 a month with 250 minutes of calls, Practice at $130 with 500, and Clinic at $190 with 800, each with its own phone number. There is no free trial: you can create your account and set up your practice for free, and the agent starts answering when you choose a plan.
